For 12 years, I built cohesive systems in high-stakes corporate environments using proven project management frameworks. In spaces where compliance mattered, systems weren’t optional and winging it was never a strategy.

After burning out three times, I knew I wanted to bring that same systems thinking somewhere it felt more meaningful: small businesses, which I truly believe are the heart of our economy.
